The days when your agents had to visit the Help Center to see what was going on are finally in the past. This app will catch all users’ comments to articles and posts in the Zendesk Knowledge base and Community and turn them into regular tickets.

Answer and moderate

Reply to users or remove their content from the Help Center straight from the agent interface.

Often, while using Help Center, users leave comments as a request for support, expecting to get prompt assistance. Such messages can be very important for your business and need a fast public or private reaction. Now agents can manage this flow from a single interface.
